April 14th, 2004 Blankenship Racing Heads to Lone Star Speedway; Debuts new website (Williamson, West Virginia) – After a great weekend of racing at Florence Speedway, Blankenship Racing will be making the long haul to Kilgore, Texas for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series event at Lone Star Speedway. Going into this weekend’s event’s, the World of Outlaw Rookie of the Year Contender is currently 18th overall in points, and 210 points out of 1st. The driver of the #23 All Star Performance, Walker-Cat, Busch Beer, Bloomquist Race Cars powered by a Custom Race Engine also spoke about working with Team Bloomquist in Moorseburg, Tennessee. “The deal with Scott is currently a one-year contract, at which time we may draw up a new one, but that isn’t known for sure yet. The #23 cars are housed in the Scott Bloomquist Racing shop and will continue to be there until at least February of 2005.” John & the Blankenship Racing Team would also like to debut their new website at www.blankenshipracing.com/ . The website has the teams tentative 2004 Schedule and, Merchandise are soon to come! Stay tuned for more updates regarding Blankenship Racing.
